WEST OF NEW HOPE ROAD, THAT SMALL SMALLER SQUARE THAT YOU LOOK AT ON YOUR SCREEN THAT'S GOING TO BE PHASE SEVEN A, WHERE THERE ARE TWO LOTS WHERE THEY'RE GOING TO BE THE MODEL HOMES BUILT, AND THEN THE RIGHT SIDE OF NEW HOPE ROAD. BUT MOVING FORWARD, I WOULD DEFINITELY LIKE TO PROPOSE THAT.

I DON'T THINK I HAVE A VERY GOOD ANSWER. I HAVE TO GO BACK AND READ THE COMMISSION BECAUSE THERE IS A SECTION WITHIN THE ZONING ORDINANCE THAT AUTHORIZES THE COMMISSION TO CONSIDER, SUCH AS THE RULES AND THE ROLES AND AUTHORITIES OF THE COMMISSION THAT'S LISTED WITHIN THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
HOWEVER COMMISSION AS A GROUP CAN ALWAYS DECIDE ON A POLICY LIKE, OKAY, MOVING FORWARD, IF WE WANT TO ADD A CERTAIN TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION, FOR EXAMPLE, THAT WAS ONE OF THE AVENUES THAT WE COULD USE THIS WORK PLAN.
